function capabilityComponents(options?): Record<string, OpenApiSchema>;UnsupportedCapability plus the capability variants a repository advertises under GET /capabilities. Every capability is a two-branch union discriminated by supported; the unsupported branch is identical across all of them, so it is registered once and referenced.
