function recoverableErrorsToWarnings(errs): readonly object[] | undefined;

Map a list of recoverable LaikaErrors to JSON:API error objects suitable for meta.warnings. Returns undefined for an empty input so the caller can omit the field entirely instead of writing warnings: [].
