Hard upper bound on a client-requested page size. Every list endpoint funnels through parsePaginationQuery, and the API boundary buffers a full page into memory (runCollect) before responding — so an unbounded page[size] / page[limit] is a memory/DoS surface. Requests above this are silently clamped down rather than rejected, so cursor-following clients keep working.
