Interface: ContentChangeChannel

Minimal push channel the typegen consumes to regenerate incrementally. The plugin (or any host) implements this over whatever its underlying repository exposes — the typegen deliberately does NOT watch the filesystem itself.

subscribe returns an unsubscribe function.
